Ottolive Artisan Bakery has proudly been serving the Shrewsbury community since 2016, dedicated to the art of traditional baking. We put a strong emphasis on slow-fermented breads, flavorful sourdoughs, and meticulously handmade pastries, all crafted with a deep sense of care and skillful technique.

Our commitment to quality is evident in our choice of high quality ingredients: we use rich, cultured English butter to enhance our pastries and select only organic flour for our breads, sourcing locally whenever possible to support our community and local farmers.
